Deadline to submit proposals to amend the WWLL Bylaws. Email the Commissioner to submit.
Deadline to submit proposals to bids to host WWLL Playoffs (D1/D2 and/or B). Email the Commissioner to submit a bid. Proposal should include a detailed budget of anticipated expenses.
League officers: If you are intending to resign your position for 2012 please email the Commissioner by this date.

Draft Schedules Due
- Submit your schedule to your applicable Assistant Commissioner. Be sure to use the Schedule Template (download it from the League Documents Section).

LEAGUE FEE DEADLINE
- NEW for 2012
  - We are going to consolidate all of your dues obligations (WWLL/WCLA/Assignor Fees/Other) into one payment this year. You will no longer have to send checks to multiple places and hassle with tracking it all down. This year, the league will supply you with an invoice that outlines all of your outstanding fees. You will submit one check to the WWLL and the league will then submit payment on your behalf to US Lacrosse for your WCLA dues, local assignor etc...depending on what division or status you hold. Depending on what 2012 dues work out to be for both WCLA and WWLL as well as assignor fees or other, teams will be expected to pay approximately $1,000-$1,200 on November 1.

- Where Can I Get an Invoice?
  - Invoices: Invoices will be sent to teams in mid-Sept and posted to the league website. You will be able to download an invoice on the League Documents section.
  - W9 Form: Some schools require a W9 form to submit payment. Download a WWLL W-9 Form

WCLA Team Membership Dues and Application Deadline to US Lacrosse
Individual team petitions to move up or down in DI or DII classification must be made to the WCLA Chair

1/2/12

WWLL 2012 Regular Season Schedule becomes official. No changes allowed to the schedule without commissioner approval

2/1/12 (or by your first game)

2/15/12

WCLA request for player exceptions or hardship waivers must be submitted by this date. Please contact the WCLA Eligibility Chair and WWLL Commissioner about your request.

Mid-April

WCLA All American, Academic All American, Coach of the Year nominations due to the WWLL Contact Person.
