The Santa Barbara Shootout is February 3 - 5, 2023 at the Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club. The polo club let Shootout Director Paul Ramsey know on July 30th their field maintenance is starting on February 6th and after that the fields will be closed until summer polo season.  Registration is open for WWLL/WCLA and WCLO teams to kick off their season at the Santa Barbara Shootout. The event will be able to use up to twelve regulation size Bermuda grass fields. With twelve fields every WWLL team could play three or four games there to open their season.
